When you place an order, you will receive an email containing the download links for the products. The name of the mail is the following: "[Hartolia miniatures] The virtual product that you bought is available for download"

If you didn't receive it, you can check your spam folder - sometimes it's there. You can also log in to your customer account and download your products directly from the site. 

If there is any problem (link not working, download problem, ...), contact us and we will solve the problem as soon as possible. 

1) Start by logging into your customer account :

3) Click on the "Detail" button of the order you are interested in:

4) Download your files by clicking on the blue links of each item: 

A download link is sent to you immediately by email upon payment of the order. You can also find your files in your customer account.
