Commercial licence

- The commercial licence allows you to sell 3D printed models on your website, marketplace or store. The license is only valid as long as you subscribe to our Patreon "Merchent" subscription. In the event of cancellation or non-payment, the license is revoked at the end of the last month paid (last day of the month), and you no longer benefit from the rights it confers. 

- The mass production (as casting, plastic injection, ...) is prohibited, only 3D printing is allowed.

- The licence allows only the sale of printed object. Any distribution of STL file / 3D model, in any form, is strictly forbidden (as utilization for illustration, games, concept art, ...). If you have a specific need, please contact us and we'll happy to help.

- Any modified or remix files from ours are included in this commercial licence under the exact same conditions. 

- Not all our collection is  included in this licence : the models from our partnership with the designers 3DFortress and WowBuildings are not included. 

- Merchants can't use renders, prints or photos of our models for any purpose. 

- We retain the right to revoke any Commercial Licence at any time in case of abuse. 

- Any redistribution, theft, resale, licensing or claimed ownership of our brand, models, creations and materials will be considered as an infringement of copyright law. Such behavior may lead to legal action. 

- We retain the right to modify the conditions of the Commercial Licence, pricing included, at any moment. We will contact you at least 1 month before the changes are implemented to inform you.
